Problem
Reflection tools ask for a lot of input and give back very little pattern.
What I built
- 01
A capture flow short enough to survive a bad day.
- 02
Simple pattern surfacing across mood and habits over time.
Product / AI decisions
Every additional field in the capture flow costs retention. The insight has to be worth the entry cost, visibly and quickly.
What I learned
For personal tools, the product constraint is friction per entry — not the sophistication of the analysis.
